B) Exchange & Return Policy
We love our products, but we understand if they don’t perfectly fit your home.
Return Conditions:
The product must be unused and in the same condition as delivered.
Original packaging and tags must be intact.
Returns are valid within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Delivery Charges:
For exchanged products, delivery charges apply as per our standard shipping policy.
For partial returns, hand over only the items you wish to return to the pickup agent.
Exceptions:
Items purchased during special sale promotions or freebie products are not returnable.
Required Evidence for Damaged/Defective Orders:
Unboxing Video (Mandatory):
Show the sealed package being opened for the first time.
Ensure the outer packaging and contents are clearly visible.
Photographs (3–4 images):
Clear images showing the damage/defect.
Outer packaging with visible shipping label.
Any additional photos that show the product’s condition.
How to Submit:
Email all evidence to care@madoverbedsheets.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Return requests cannot be processed without the above.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
Products damaged due to misuse.
Products returned without original packaging, labels, or accessories.
Requests made after 7 business days of delivery.
Items explicitly marked as non-returnable during sale or offers.
D) Order Cancellation
Before Shipping:
Cancel your order before warehouse dispatch or within 8 hours of order confirmation via WhatsApp.
Refund will be credited to the original payment source within 7 days.
After Shipping:
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled; return process applies instead.
